Paul Ehrlich was born on March 14th, 1854 in Poland. He was a German medical scientict known for his work in immunology, discoveing the first effective cure for syphilis. For his pioneering work in immunology he was awarded the Nobel Prize for Phisiology and Medicine in 1908. He died on the 20th August, 1915 in Germany.
